EVERY GIRL SHOULD READ THIS! ;)
WRITTEN BY A GUY.. ...
Girls need to realize:
We guys don't care if you talk to
other guys.
We don't care if
you'refriends with other guys.
But
when you're sitting next to us, and
some random guy walks into the room
and you jump up and tackle
him,without even introducing us, yeah,
it pisses us off.
It doesn't help if you sit
there and talk to him for ten minutes
without even acknowledging the fact
that we're still there.
We don't care if a
guy calls>OR TEXTS< you, but at 2 in
the morning we do get a little
concerned. Nothing is that important at
2 a.m. That it can't wait till the next morning.
Also, when we tell you you're pretty/
beautiful/gorgeous/ cute/stunning , we
freaking mean it. Don't tell us we're
wrong. We'll stop trying to convince
you.
The sexiest thing about a girl is
confidence.Yeah , you can quote me.
Don't be mad when we hold the door
open. Take Advantage of the mood im
in.
Let us pay for you! dont 'feel bad'
We enjoy doing it.It' s expected. Smile
and say 'thank you.
Kiss us when no
one's watching. If you kiss us when
you know somebody's looking, we'll be
more impressed.
You don't have to get
dressed up for us. If we're going out
with you in the first place, you don't
have to feel the need to wear the
shortest skirt you have or put on every
kind of make-up you own. We like you
for who you are and not what you are.
Honestly, i think a girl looks more
beautiful when she' s just in her pj's.
or
my tshirt and boxers, not all dolled
up.
Don't take everything we say
seriously. Sarcasm is a beautiful thing.
See the beauty in it.
Don't get angry
easily.Stop using magazines/media as
your Bible.
Don't talk about how hott
Chris Brown, Brad Pitt, or Jesse
McCartney is in front of us. It's boring,
and we don't care. You have girlfriends
for that.
Whatever happened to the
word "handsome' /'beautiful ' i'd be
utterly stunned by a girl who greeted
me with 'Hey handsome!' instead of
'Hey baby/ stud/cutie/ sexy'or
whatever else you can think of.
On the other
hand im not sayin i wouldnt like it
ether.
Girls,
I cannot stress this enough:
if you aren't being treated right by a
guy, dont wait for him to change!!!!!
Ditch his sorry butt, disgrace to the
male population and find someone
who will treat you with utter respect
Someone who will honor your morals.
Someone who will make you smile
when you're at your lowest.
Someone
who will care for you even when you
make mistakes.
Someone who will love
you, no matter how bad you make
them feel.
Someone who will stop what
they're doing just to look you in the
eyes....and say 'i love you' ..and actually
mean it. Give the nice guys a chance. ... Every
Guy who isn't a jerk will agree with this,
so we hope that all the girls that read
this will repost this.
Life is too short to
complain about everything that comes
your way so stop and smell the roses
in life because you might never have
another time to take it, so take your
time because they are all different in
every way, so take chances in life, if it
doesn't work out then fine, there are
always more roses to smell ....
Adapted from my Guy friend.

Did you know who was famous?
Now everyone is weeping over the untimely loss of laureate and Nobel prize winner Professor Wangari Mathai. She was an eminent leader respectable all over the world for her great concern for the environment. She died at a time when the world is concerned about global warming...So sad.
Remember the death of MJ? The world couldn't bear such huge loss. Actually I never used to like Him till his death. That's when it dawned on me that He was great. For sure.
So the interesting part of the two stories above is "FAME". Being famous is easy. Our lecturer said. Just do stupid and silly things but let the world know how silly you can be.
'SILLY'. According to him,(lecturer) anyone can plant trees along wetlands and public places like Professor. I mean surely who can't?.........Anyone can sing and dance. But look at MJ's noisy silly dancing on stage. I mean? It was so silly you'd hook your eyes up the whole time watching him perform a live show.
The challenge here is,... How many times have you thought about silly staff and never told anyone? Never showed the world what you got? That's how you/me/we lost our fame. We are too afraid to put our thoughts into tangible evidence because we think the world will see us as STUPID. But even the guy who discovered the wheel? He must have pushed, pulled and rolled silly staff before he discovered it was a great idea to have one.
Be a Wangari/Mj or anyone who took a courage once in life and people appreciated.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO BE SILLY IF YOU WANNA BE FAMOUS. I think am also sounding silly but.......(to be continued).

The times bitterness is all a Kenyan can think of
Sometimes I sit to think and I hate it. To think that each day, month or year is a disaster to someone in Kenya.
Looking back a few years was the election violence that cost thousands of Kenyans their lives. An unfortunate time they will never forget in their lives. People were left homeless, children were orphaned and women raped off their dignity.
A few years later a petrol tanker rolled at Sachangwan which cost hundreds of Kenyans lives. Now you can remember that I almost forgot the Nakumatt incident which took away innocent shopper's lives. I wonder if all victims were found....
I can hardly remember all the tragic incidents that have occurred since because they are many. But for sure The drought can not be forgotten. Thanks to the heartily Kenyans who contributed to the Kenyans for Kenya campaign that realized millions of money to feed hungry Kenyans... God will bless you. But again let's hope that the money contributed does its job because there is a tendency of people embezzling funds....And that the money contributed from those"big companies " wasn't away to show off.
NOW, recently the Sinai Slums fire out break. That was such a shock I haven't absorbed yet. I don't have the full story but I understand that that it was a petrol fire that caused lives...... As I read through the news its evident that the government has been slow to respond to the victims needs and they are getting angry about it.
Right now one can only thank heavens a tragedy hasn't come their way. Live life knowing that anytime could be a bad time and only hope that as inflation hits 16% they will survive through.....
Those are my thoughts though.
